Company Officer Assessment Center Help Workshop

The Company Officer Assessment Center Help (COACH) Workshop was the very first promotional workshop that we started teaching through Red Helmet Training over 8 years ago with great results.

The COACH Workshop covers modules in Resume Review, Oral Interviews, the In Box Exercise, Teaching Demonstrations, Employee Coaching and Counseling Scenarios and Fire / Incident Simulations.

This program is now available with pre-course modules on each element. Once these are completed promotional candidates can join one of the virtual hot seat sessions offered twice a month or schedule a one on one session.

 

The virtual hot seat sessions meet twice a month through zoom and cover a specific topic each meeting. The cost is $100 for a 4 hr. session with up to 10 candidates. One On One sessions are $75 / hour and can be done virtually or conducted in person at Red Helmet Training in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Sessions should be booked on this website.
